We represent clients throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia including DeKalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, Cobb, Henry, Clayton, Cherokee, Forsyth and Hall counties. We also regularly handle cases in municipal and city courts in Atlanta, Alpharetta, Acworth, Roswell, Doraville, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Norcross, Duluth, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Snellville, Acworth, Suwanee, College Park and East Point. Further, we are admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia and before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.
Andrew has earned Juris Doctor, Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, DeKalb Bar Association, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also is a former instructor of police officers in DUI and domestic violence cases both in DeKalb County and at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, Georgia and has been involved in the creation of new caselaw several times before the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Andrew is also a commissioned officer with the United States Coast Guard, serving as a reservist assigned to a unit along Georgia's coast.
